| Susanne Ashland |
A massage therapist for 10 years, Itrained and worked in Southern Oregon before moving to Seattle in 2005. Pregnancy massage, injury treatment, pain management and massage for centering and relaxation are four basic types of massage I offer.
"The body fascinates me. It tells our story, and it never lies. Combining techniques for pain management with Swedish strokes, breath release and numerous other modalities brings you into balance, ready to begin again."
I love working with low back/sciatic pain issues. Having had debilitating sciatic pain myself 20 years ago I possess a unique understanding of how to help you deal with it.
