We
support all of our therapists in their efforts to expand their range
of techniques and experience. As a result, many of our therapists
incorporate additional techniques into their massage whenever appropriate
or requested. |
| |
Relaxation
(Swedish): The basis of every massage. Light, broad strokes
and kneading to relax tense muscles and soothe the nervous system. |
| |
Deep
Tissue: Slow, deep work to lengthen tired muscles and reduce
pain. |
| |
Sports
Massage: Combines relaxation and Deep Tissue massage but
is faster paced to increase circulation and prepare your body to be
active for the rest of the day. |
| |
Injury
Treatment (Medical Massage): Specific, aggressive massage
to relieve and potentially eliminate chronic pain and discomfort. |
