Cancellation Policy  
    
 
By scheduling your appointment you are placing a hold on your therapists time. Therapists at the Ballard Massage Center work on a commission basis and see a limited number of clients per day. Out of fairness to your therapist we require at least 4 hours notice of your cancellation or you wil be charged for the full session unless we are able to fill your appointment time with another client.

For insurance clients, please note that we cannont bill your insurance for missed appointments. Any fees related to late cancellations or missed appointments will be billed directly to you, the client.

  
 
No Show Policy
    
 
 
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged for their "missed" appointment. Future service will be denied until payment is made.
